First off doing some research on this spec, it turns out its like a brewmaster monk. Pick anything, play anyway. Ill give you some examples of playing as a resto
This build is more beneficial for 25mans and focuses on being a mana battery for the other healers taking advantage of the 200% spirit totem going raid wide. Building up as much spirit will help the other healers but sacrifices your personal healing quite a bit.
This is another primary build more beneficial for personal healing in other words 10mans. This build focuses on making your own healing as high as possable, at the cost of a good mana tide for the other healers. Though in 10mans if you help the other healers so much that they "save mana" i belive its better than the sprit build.
Now that we are done with the primary two builds we will need a 1-2 stat
This is a secondary build making crit your primary secondary stat after int, Crit is a good thing if your raid is mostly over 50% hp or so. And turns bad compared when your raid goes down under 50%. This is kinda a more 'True healing' spec making sure that you keep your guild topped off if thats your state of healing.
Our mastery looks at the current health of the target(s) that you are gonna heal and the mastery effects your healing positively heres the math "Mastery bonus on heal = (1 – (% HP of Target/100)) x Maximum Mastery contribution". Thats basicly the mastery build so if over 50% mastery its better than the crit build 60% mastery 60% hp, 70% mastery 70% hp, and so on. 70% 70% or lower its better than the crit build.
Ofc any of the above specs your choose you should go with any of the haste breakpoints depending on your itemlevel.
Shield on the main tank
Riptide on the tanks
Cooldown usage (2 parts)
If the tank is going under 50% which is bad.
Greater healing wave.
Minor aoe damage
Healing stream totem
Insaine aoe damage.
Chain heal spam (after 3-4 chain heals healing tide is down)
Healing stream totem. (after 15 seconds of spamming chain heal)
Call of the elements
Healing stream totem.
Chain heal spam
Mana tide totem
More chain healing, rain and unleashing.
Mosty a aoe phase dosent go that long. but i can keep going for that long if needed.
A "Biting cold" spell
Greater healing wave spam
Healing stream totem
Spirit walkers grace.
Chain heal - Greater healing wave depending on situation.
Healing stream when off cd.
Shield on tanks
Riptide on tanks
RIptide on raid if spread
Chain heal if close
Healing wave if little damage on anyone
Greater healing wave if large damage on anyone.
Healing wave - A standard glyph of mine which heals 20% of the healing im doing to anyone with healing wave
Healing stream - Same as in the ele spec (10% less damage from the elements fire, water, earth, air for 6 sec)
Riptide - Must have removes the cd of riptide and the initial healing done by 90% (Its around 2 ticks of healing so if i can have 2 riptides up the extra ticks im having with no cd is more than the healing im doing with the initial healing burst)
Spirit walkers grace - if a movement phase is existant.
Telluric current - if mana is a problem, casting lightning bolt gives you 1,6% mana now.
Water shield - Gives you more mana if hit more than 3,6 a minute.
15 :Astral shift or nature's guardian depending on the fight
30 :Windwalk totem or earthgrab depending on the fight
45 :Call of the elements for the extra knock to the aoe phase
60 :Ancestral swiftness probably the best cooldown i have
75 :Rushing streams for passive healing with healing stream totem
90 :Unleash fury for a better healing rain or rarely a better greater healing wave.
wait for it
stats for Elemental

Ill quote elitest jerks on this one
"Elemental focuses on Intellect gear, with any of Crit, Haste, Hit, Mastery or Spirit as secondary stats. A rough stat priority is:"
"Crit/Haste/Mastery weights & priorities vary depending on glyphs & talents, so it's important to generate your own weights on a regular basis. Any basic suggestion such as this one can very easily be off for your particular circumstances. Some more detail on what circumstances can and will effect this and how will be in the Stats & Gearing sections of the guides."
