SACRAMENT is a laid back, well socialized guild - but everything needs rules.
And if these rules are broken, this is what will most likely happen.

The Disciplinary Procedure is in place so wrong-doers can be dealt with quickly and firmly for the following reasons; Any form of Bullying, Racism, Threats, Harassment, Intimidation, Flaming, Trolling, Theft (Ninjering), Ninja-pulling, Purposely wiping, leaving raid without excuse, being late repeatedly without excuse, AFK'ing repeatedly without excuse, and so on.

Offenses in bold are considered the more serious ones.

THE PROCEDURE:
Step One - First Verbal Warning (From Officer).
Step Two - Second Verbal Warning (From Officer).
Step Three - Further action will be taken, this may result in a guild kick.

In extreme cases, all officers, guild manager and guild master have the right to immediately guild kick anyone if the offense is bad enough.

What happens when you are removed from the guild for an offense or repeated offense?
No further action will be taken, however;
For the more serious offences (Threats, Racism etc) You may be reported to Game Masters with evidence provided.
Is it better to be feared or respected?
Well, I say, is it too much to ask for both?
